Returns & Exchanges

At XOXTOYS, we want you to feel confident in every purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unworn condition with all fashion tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your XOXTOYS account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached, and include a copy of your packing slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
